- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- Share your flight number with your request. We review your flight before dispatch and adjust the pickup time where we can, and we will stay in contact with you by phone or text.
- Where will my chauffeur meet me?
- We agree the meeting arrangement with you in advance when confirming your reservation, and confirm exactly how your chauffeur will reach you after you land.
- Can you accommodate several bags or a large party?
- Our SUVs seat up to six passengers. Tell us your passenger and luggage count in the request form and we will advise on the right vehicle or arrange more than one.
